The Minister of National Defence, Mircea Dusa, held a videoconference with the Romanian troops deployed in theaters of operations in Afghanistan, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, on Sunday morning, 1 December.

'I wanted to congratulate you today, on the occasion of the National Day of Romania, because you are elite troops of the Romanian Armed Forces and we appreciate the efforts each of you does for his country at his place of deployment', minister Dusa said.

The defence minister told the troops that he is by their side, mind and soul, and congratulated them for the way they accomplish their duty, for their professionalism and courage.

The commanders of the deployed Romanian detachments reported the leadership of the defence ministry that the troops conduct their missions with responsibility and have good cooperation relations with allies and partners.
