The Minister of National Defence Mircea Dusa and the chief of General Staff, Lieutenant General Stefan Danila, will participate in the military handover/takeover ceremony of the command of the 2nd 'Getica' Infantry Division that will take place in Buzau.

Brigadier General Lucian Foca will take over the command of the unit from Major General Nicolae Ciuca, appointed as chief of Land Forces Staff. After the ceremony, the defence minister will travel to Gura Calitei, Vrancea County, to visit Sergeant Florinel Enache on his birthday
