The Minister of National Defence, Mircea Dusa, and the chief of General Staff, Lieutenant General Stefan Danila, will participate in the military handover/takeover ceremony of the command of the 4th 'Gemina' Infantry Division that will take place in Cluj-Napoca, on Friday, 10 January, at 09.00.

Brigadier General Adrian Tonea will take over the command of the unit from Major General Dumitru Scarlat, who is appointed deputy chief of the General Staff.
