Second Lieutenant Aurelia Ion, a 5th year military student at the Military Medical Institute of Bucharest, died on Monday, 20 January, after being involved in aviation accident in Cluj County.

Aurelia Ion, aged 23, was completing her training at Fundeni Hospital. Over the years, the young officer was a volunteer in many medical actions. The leadership of the defence ministry send their condolences to the grieving family.
