The Information and Public Relations Directorate of the Ministry of National Defence organizes, from 7 to 12 July 2014, the 11th edition of the Course for Journalists Reporting from Conflict Areas, with the support of the Land Forces Staff and the Air Force Staff.

The course will take place in Targu Mures and will approach theoretical and practical working procedures for journalists during military operations as well as rules and regulations for protection in conflict areas, operational security, specifics of theaters of operations in terms of risks and first aid procedures.

The course attendants will be briefed on the combat technique and equipment of structures deployed in theaters of operations, survival techniques, shooting infantry weapons, CBRN protection and carrying out a mission in an area of operations.
