Troops of the Air Force Staff and Land Forces Staff will participate in "Bucharest International Airshow 2014", organized by the National Company Bucharest Airports, on the International "Aurel Vlaicu" Airport on Sunday, 22 June, at 09.30.

Detachments of the two services will present a demonstrative joint tactical exercise in support of the air forces during forward operations in enemy territory.

During another tactical exercise, the Air Force detachment will make a demonstration together with a detachment of the Romanian Information Service, of an action module for air police missions, MEDEVAC and counterterrorist intervention.

MiG-21 LanceR, IAK-52, IAR-316B, IAR-330, C-27 J Spartan and C-130 Hercules aircraft will carry out demonstration flights, individually or in formation.

Still exhibitions of military aircraft such as MiG-21 LanceR, IAR-330 Puma, C-27 J Spartan together with HAWK and KUB ground-to-air missiles, GEPARD air defence system and TPS-79 (R) radar will be displayed at BIAS-2014.
