The arrival ceremony of 20 Infantry Battalion "Dolj" and the closing ceremony of the Romanian Armed Forces' mission in Afghanistan theatre of operations will take place on Friday, July 18, 19.00, in Mihai Viteazul Square, Craiova County.
Detachments of soldiers carrying the Combat Colors of the units that participated in the ISAF mission conducted in Zabul Province will march together with the soldiers of the 20 Infantry Battalion "Dolj" on Alexandru Ioan Cuza Street.
The Air Force's aircraft that provided for the transportation of the soldiers to and back from the theater of operations from Afghanistan will fly over the center of Craiova.
A detachment of 30 Guard Regiment "Mihai Viteazul" will perform an armament handling demonstrative exercise and an exhibition displaying armament and combat equipment used by the Romanian soldiers in the missions accomplished in Zabul Province can be visited in William Shakespeare Square, at 19.40.
