The military ceremony dedicated to the Day of the National Anthem will be organized in Bucharest, in Tricolorului Square, in front of the Palace of the National Military Club, on Tuesday, 29 July, from 09.00.

The event will include a religious ceremony, a prayer for the Romanian people, different speeches on the meaning of the lyrics of the national anthem, patriotic songs and individual weapons handling drills.

Soldiers of the other garrisons in the country will also attend the public ceremonies dedicated to the National Anthem`s Day organized together with the local public authorities.

The National Anthem`s Day was established by Law no. 99/1998 and is celebrated each year on July 29th.
