The Minister of National Defence, Mircea Dusa, and the Ambassador of theRepublic of Korea in Romania, Mr. Hyo-Sung Park, signed an agreement betweenthe Government of Romania and the Government of the Republic of Korea on theprotection of classified military information. The event was marked by aceremony that took place at the defence ministry, on Thursday, March 26.

The agreement is an important element for the development of defencecooperation between the two parties and marks, at the same time, theanniversary of 25 years of diplomatic relations between the two states.

Signing the agreement ensures the conditions to extend the legal frame tostrengthen the partnership with the Republic of Korea, by signing, in the nearfuture a bilateral agreement on defence cooperation between the two statess.
