Wreath-laying ceremonies are organized, on May 9, in municipalities and localities that host military units across the country, in celebration of Romania's Day of Independence, Europe Day and Victory Day.

The ceremony in Bucharest will take place at the Monument Of Homeland WW II Heroes ("Carol I" National Defence University), from 09.00 hrs.
