The National Association of the Reserve and Retired Military Personnel, Alexandru IoanCuza, organizes a wreath-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in CarolPark, at 09.00 hrs., on Friday, May 29, to mark the celebration of the Day of the MilitaryReservist.

The ceremony will be followed by a solemn gathering organized at the Palace of theNational Military Club.

Similar activities are organized in the large garrisons of the country as a token of respectfor the people who wore the military uniform with honor and dignity.

May 31, the Day of the Military Reservist, was established by Government decision No.467 of May 12, 2010. Public institutions of the national defence, public order andnational security can support the events organized on this occasion, as provided by thelaw.
