The Minister of National Defence, Mircea Dusa, and the chief of General Staff,Lieutenant General Nicolae Ciuca, will participate in the ceremony organized in Miercurea Ciuc on the Day of the National Flag, on the platform in front of the Harghita County Police Inspectorate.

Representatives of civilian, military and religious institutions as well as war veterans,active, retired and reserve military personnel were invited to attend the ceremony.

The Day of the National Flag was established by Law 96/1998, being celebrated annuallyon June 26.
