Minister Mircea Dusa attended the anniversary ceremony of the NATO HUMINT Centre of Excellence

We are very proud that this Centre of Excellence became one of the main experts in the HUMINT field within the North-Atlantic Alliance; over 600 NATO specialists have been trained here since the establishment of the institution, defence minister Mircea Dusa stated on Wednesday, July 29, at the ceremony dedicated to the celebration of 5 years since the NATO Centre of Excellence in Oradea.

The activity of the personnel working in the Centre and the expertise of the Romanian soldiers gained in the theatres of operations brought Romania the Alliance's appreciation for the military intelligence delivered to NATO commanders in almost all important missions, including the Balkan Area, Afghanistan, Iraq and recently Africa, minister Dusa emphasized, at the same time thanking to the eight partner nations of this project.

Also, minister Dusa thanked Mr. Sorin Ducaru for the activity he performs within the Alliance and to the personnel working in the Center, which was the first NATO institution established in Romania.
