The Agreement on technical cooperation in the field of military standardization between the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Moldova and the Ministry of National Defence of Romania was signed by the Minister of National Defence, Mircea Dusa, and his counterpart from the Republic of Moldova, Mr. Anatolie Salaru at Neptun, Constanta County, today, September 22.

The document is the functional institutional tool necessary to create, maintain and strengthen the bilateral cooperation framework in the field of military standardization, in agreement with the provisions in force in the two countries.
The cooperation will target mainly speciality assistance for the creation of the regulating framework at national level, for consultations and implementation of specific international standards as well as the experience exchange betweeen the bodies and structures with responsibilities in the field.
The signing ceremony took place during the common meeting of the Governments of Romania and the Republic of Moldova.
