About 200 troops of the Romanian Air Force participate with MiG 21 LanceR aircraft and IAR 330 Puma helicopter in a specific training session along a detachment consisting of about 100 troops and four CF-18 Hornet aircraft of the Canadian Royal Air Force.

The exercises will be conducted at Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base, Constanta County, and aim at training in common, in a unitary concept, in order to meet the specific interoperability requirements of the Alliance and to increase the level of cooperation with the allies.
