The Minister of National Defence, Mihnea Motoc, received the Deputy Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, Douglas H. Wise, on Friday, April 15.

During the meeting, the defence minister spoke of the good cooperation between the armed forces of the two countries, in terms defence intelligence, at bilateral level and within NATO.

Among the topics discussed were the participation in theaters of operations and NATO exercises, the security situation in the extended Black Sea region, as well as identifying ways of increasing military cooperation.
