In the framework of the official visit of the President of Ukraine to Romania, the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of Romania on military transportation was signed by the Minister of National Defence, Mihnea Motoc, and General of the Army of Ukraine, Stepan Poltorak.
The agreement sets the terms and conditions, the procedures and authorities responsible for transportation on the territory of each of the two countries, on road, railways and territorial waters, in support of peacekeeping operations, common exercises and other cooperation activities in which the two countries are involved based on the agreements they are part of.
