Today, August 1, 04 another series of Albanian children from Kosovo and their teachers arrived in Romania at 90 Air Transport Base by an AN 26 plane of the Air Force for a two weeks holiday in Romania.

Between August 1 and 6, 04 the children will be hosted at “Dimitrie Cantemir” Military College in Breaza and will visit the historical and tourist objectives in the region, between August 7 and 14, 04 they will spent their time at the seaside and will have accommodation at “Mircea cel Batran” Navy Academy in Constanta. The children will have the same program as the Serbian children that visited Romania between July 20 and August 1, 04.

Suggested by the commander of the Romanian detachment dislocated in Gorazdevac, Kosovo and offered by the Ministry of National Defence the trip was programmed during the visit in the theater of operations paid by Ioan Mircea Pascu, minister of National Defence and General Mihail Popescu, chief of Romanian General Staff in February,04.

The Albanian and the Serbian children leaving in the Romanian area of responsibility in Kosovo never had the opportunity to leave the places they were born.

The first series, the Serbian children returned in Kosovo Saturday by the military plane set at disposal by the Air Staff of the Romanian Air Force.
