A delegation from the Romanian Ministry of National Defence, headed by State Secretary for Defence Policy and Planning, Mircea Dusa, will make an official visit in the Lebanese Republic, over May 2 to 4.

The visit of the Romanian official represents an opportunity to develop the Romanian-Lebanese military bilateral relations.

The first official talks took place between State Secretary Mircea Dusa and the chief of the Lebanese General Staff, Major General Hatem Mallak. The meeting was followed by a visit to the Staff College of the Lebanese Armed Forces.

On Thursday, May 4, State Secretary Mircea Dusa will have a meeting with the Lebanese Defence Minister, Yacoub Sarraf.
