Wreath-laying ceremonies will take place in municipalities and towns that host military garissons on May 9, to mark the celebration of Romania's Independence Day, Victory Day and Europe Day.

The ceremonies in Bucharest will take place at the Monument of WW 2 National Heroes (Carol I National Defence University) and at the Cross in Obor Park, at the monument dedicated to the War of Independence, from 10.00 hrs.
