State Secretary Mircea Dusa participated in the activities organised at General Emanoil Ionescu 71 Air Base of Campia Turzii, on Saturday, July 29, on the Day of the Open Gates and aviation meeting Campia Turzii Air Show.

Mircea Dusa visited the main training locations, discussed with the air base personnel where Romanian and US pilots train for the main missions for the defence of the air space, Air Policing included.

The attendants could watch presentations of the Romanian Air Force aircaft, a tactical exercise involving forces and equipment of the Air Force and Land Forces, demonstrative flights of model airplanes and civil aircraft and still displays of military equipment.

The special guests of this edition were: Romanian Air Club, Aerobatic Yakers, Boboiacii-SAFA Boboc, Florida Air National Guard, General Aviation Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Skydive Transilvania and Luncani Aeroclub.
