The 151st Force Protection Infantry Battalion Lupii Negri returns from Afghanistan, event marked through a ceremony organized in front of Iasi Mayor's Office, at 11.00 hrs., on Wednesday, September 6th.

The over 400 servicemen in mission in Afghanistan over February to August 2017, carried out over 1,000 missions that ensured the security of the military base and the coalition forces, offered assistance and councelling to the Afghan military and security forces. They also offered humanitarian assistance to the Afghan population, they were in contact with local authorities and leaders and conducted missions with the National Afghan Security Forces.
