The Minister of National Defence , Mihai Fifor, will meet with the Greek Minister of Defence, Panos Kammenos, on Friday, March 9th. The meeting will take place at the defence ministry and is part of the official's visit to Romania.

The topics to be discussed include defence cooperation, at bilateral level and within NATO and the EU.

The two ministers will also sign a new Agreement between the Romanian Ministry of National Defence and the Ministry of National Defence of the Hellenic Republic on defence cooperation. The document will allow identifying and making the most of new cooperation opportunities in the field.

At the end of the meeting, the two officials will hold press statements.

Journalists interested in attending the activity are expected at the defence ministry headquarters on Friday, March 9th, between 8.15 and 8.45 hrs, at Checkpoint 3, on 110 Izvor St., next to Marriott Hotel.
