The National Anthem's Day will be celebrated in all garrisons all over the country, on Monday, 29 July.

In Bucharest, the ceremony dedicated to this event will start at 09.00, in Tricolorului Square, located in front of the Palace of the National Military Club.

The activity consists in a religious mess and a concert held by the Representative Music of the Ministry of National Defence.

Romania's National Anthem's Day was proclaimed by Law no. 99/1998 and is celebrated each year, on July 29th. Desteapta-te romane! was composed by Anton Pann, and its lyrics were written by poet Andrei Muresanu.
