Secretary for Defence Policy, Planning and International Relations, Simona Cojocaru, had a meeting with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Denmark to Bucharest, Søren Jensen, on Friday November 6th, at the MoND Headquarters.

The meeting agenda consisted in talks referring to defence bilateral cooperation and cooperation within NATO and EU, especially on the participation in Allied missions and operations.

The two officials talked about the recent developments in the field of security, including the contribution to the fight against terrorism.

At the same time, the officials talked about the national contributions, perspective plans and cooperation between the contingents of the two states in the theaters of operations. Also, the interlocutors agreed upon continuing the consultations on these common interest topics.
