The fifth edition of the Black Sea and Balkans Security Forum, organized by New Strategy Center (NSC), with the support of NATO's Public Diplomacy Division, in partnership with the Ministry of National Defence and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will take place over 3rd-4th September in Bucharest, with the participation of the MoND leadership.

The event will take place at the University of Agronomic Science and Veterinary Medicine and will bring together officials and experts from Romania and the Black Sea neighboring and Balkan countries, the USA, European Union as well as officials of the North-Atlantic Alliance.
