On Wednesday, 15th September, Minister of National Defence, Nicolae-Ionel Ciuca, had a meeting with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Bucharest, Mohammed Abdulgani Mohammed Khayat, at the MoND headquarters, on the occasion of taking over his new mandate.

During the meeting, the dignitaries approached topics related to defence bilateral cooperation and continuation of consultations with a view of identifying common interest areas.

The two officials also talked about the international security situation, establishing that the political-military dialogue be held both at bilateral and international levels.
