Eurofighter Typhoon-s landed at Mihail Kogalniceanu

Three Eurofighter Typhoon aircraft belonging to the German Air Forces landed at 57th Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base on Thursday, 17th February.

The German detachment made up of approximately 60 soldiers (pilots and technical personnel) and Eurofighter Typhoon aircraft will conduct NATO-led enhanced Air Policing Missions together with the Romanian and Italian Air Force soldiers over the following three weeks.
