Media Event at Multinational Exercise BLACK SCORPIONS 22.8

The training sequence from Friday, 25 November of Multinational Exercise “BLACK SCORPIONS 22.8 conducted at “Getica” Joint Multinational Training Center from Cincu, is open to mass-media participation.

Journalists interested in attending the media event are requested to send their identification data (name, surname, series and number of the identity card, phone number, the media institution they represent) by Thursday, 24 November, 12.00, on e-mail address relatii.publice01083@forter.ro.

For live broadcasting, mass-media representatives are requested to use portable devices, the access with the DSNG not being allowed.

Journalists will be expected on Friday, 25 November, between 10.00-10.30, at Post Control 2 of the Joint Multinational Training Center from Cincu, where they will be taken to the area of operations of the exercise.

The journalists’ access will be made with their identity card and press badge.

Almost 600 Romanian soldiers of the 20th Infantry Battalion “Dolj” of Multinational Brigade South-East from Craiova and Allied soldiers from France, Poland, Portugal and the United States of America with over 70 pieces of equipment, participate in the “BLACK SCORPIONS 22.8” Joint Training Exercise conducted at “Getica” Joint National Training Center from Cincu, Brașov County, over 21-25 November.

The objectives of the exercise are the joint training of the soldiers and, implicitly, the increase of cohesion of the structures that have been trained through field training exercises and combat tactical firing exercises.
