Since February 2022, the AWACS aircraft have been patrolling on a regular basis in Eastern Europe and the Baltic Sea region in order to monitor the Russian aircraft flying in the neighborhood of the NATO borders.
AWACS aircraft will conduct reconnaissance and surveillance flights on the territory of the Alliance in the near future.
