Minister of National Defence, Angel Tilvar, pays official visits to the State of Qatar and the Hashemit Kingdom of Jordan over 12-18 March.

Throughout the two international activities, the Romanian dignitary's agenda comprises meetings with his Qatari and Jordan counterparts as well as with other military officials of the respective states.

The bilateral defence cooperation with the two partner states as well as the defence cooperation within NATO and EU will be enhanced during the meeting. Also, the officials will discuss relevant topics related to the international security situation.

Also, the dignitaries will approach relevant ways of consolidating the bilateral dialogue in the military education and joint training fields.
