Between February 15 and 19, 2005 chief of the Romanian Army Staff, Lieutenant General Dr. Sorin Ioan and a military delegation will make an official visit in Turkey, invited by the Army commander, General Yasar Buyukanit.

The two officials will analyze the possibilities to increase the interoperability between the two services. The talks will also be focused on the issues related to the international missions, stage and perspective of the process of reform and modernization of the Army forces and the military education.
