Major General Dr. Teodor Frunzetti, president of the organizing committee of the International Military Schi Championship, Colonel Leon de Wulf (Belgium), vice-president for Europe of the International Council of Military Sport (CISM) and Lieutenant Colonel Stefan Marginean, chief of delegation of the Romanian Armed Forces to CISM will have a press conference Tuesday, February 22, 05 at 13.00 hours at ROZMARIN Hotel in Predeal.

The journalists will be informed on the details regarding the technical meetings for running of the competitions and the program of the opening ceremony of the International Military Ski Championship in the same day at 17.00 hours on the plateau in front of Fulg de nea complex in Predeal. At this festivity will be present the national participating teams, officials from the International Council of Military Sport, International Ski Federations, Ministry of National Defence and the local administration.
The official moment will be followed by a demonstration of ski and a show organized by the Predeal Town Hall.

The 47th edition of the International Military Ski Championship, the most important ski championship in Eastern Europe after 1990 is organized by the Ministry of National Defence in partnership with Predeal local Council and Town Hall.

Wednesday, February 23, 05 on Subteleferic track will be the giant slalom competition and in Valea Rasnoavei complex will be the biathlon and patrol skiing. The four competitions will be refereed by the Romanian officials and monitored by the representatives of the International Council of Military Sport and the specialized international federations.
