Political and military personalities, analysts, experts and researchers will participate in the works of this seminar.

The actual issues of this complex process as Romania moves toward European integration, stressing security and the role our country can play in redefining the agenda of national and European security will be debated during the seminar.

In this context, they will discuss our country's contribution to the External Policy and Common Security of the European Union and the relation with the Euro-Atlantic area of security; the risks and threats to security; the main dimensions of national security in the European integration context; and Romania in EU- producer of security in the greater Black Sea area.
