A delegation headed by Sorin Encutescu, State Secretary and chief of Department for Parliament Liaison, Legislative Harmonization and Public Relations will pay between May 23 and 26, 03 a working visit to the Romanian contingents in missions in the theaters of operations in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo. The aim of this visit is a better knowing of their situation and give them the support necessary for fulfilling the established missions.

State Secretary will have meetings with the three members of the Permanent Secretary for Military Problems of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The discussions will be focused on the possibility to strengthen the military Romanian-Bosnian relations. The delegation will have meetings with Lieutenant General William Ward, SFOR commander and Lieutenant General Fabio Mini, KFOR commander.

Member of this delegation is also Brigade General Nicolae Roman, chief of Staff of 2nd Joint Operative Command that will evaluate the activity developed by the Romanian contingents in the last period of time. There will be discussions with our military and their commanders.
