Sorin Encutescu, State Secretary and chief of Department for Parliament Liaison, Legislative Harmonization and Public Relations received at MoND HQ a delegation of American military journalists headed by Major General Thomas J. Fiscus, chief of the specialized structure of the US Air Force.

During the discussions it was stressed the preoccupation of the Romanian Government for military legislative harmonization with the European and Euro-Atlantic structures our country wishes to join in. Important in this respect is the great number of acts promoted by the specialized structure of the Ministry of National Defense. In the same time it was expressed the disposability to continue the training of the Romanian journalist officers to the courses organized in the United States of America.
