NATO-Romania standardization seminar organized by the Council for Standardization and Interoperability of the Ministry of National Defense at NATO Standardization Agency (NSA) initiative, will developed between May 27 and June 1, 2003 at the Military Complex "Haiducului", Bucharest.

The activity enlisted the assistance for the invited countries aiming to deepen the learning of the standardization process for preparation for fulfilling their obligations as NATO full members.

The seminar will join experts from NATO and invited countries -Germany, Lithuania, Letonia, Poland, Romania and USA. Colonel Martin Vermeulen (Holland) NSA deputy director will head the works of this activity. Our country will by represented by standardization specialists working in the central structures of the Ministry of National Defense, the General Staff and the Romanian Standardization Association.
