During their visit in the Department for Parliament Liaison, Legislative Harmonization and Public Relations they talked on the armed forces professionalization and the legislative harmonization in defence area as result of the two countries join to NATO. At the level of the leadership of the Directorate of Legislation and Legal Assistance the Estonian guests talked on NATO SOFA (NATO agreements on the status of the armed forces) and the Romanians presented the organizatoric frame and the possibilities of solving the soldiers social problems.

During the meetings with the specialists from the Department, they also acquired the possibilities of impelling within the armed forces the legislation on the access to public interest information and details on organization and function of the MoND public relations system.

The Estonian guests visited the MoND Press Trust and there they were informed on the present concern for increasing the quality of the public information through the own military means.
