A delegation headed by the Deputy Commander of the National Defence University, Brigade General, professor Ph.D. Viorel Buta will participate in the 8th Annual Conference of the PfP Consortium of the Defence Academies and Institutes of Studies of Security in Vienna between June 13 and 15, 05.

The main aim of this activity is the development of the advanced curriculum for the Academies of Defence and other institutions of education and training. During the Conference they will debate the aspects on security in the Black Sea area, counter terrorism, Euro-Atlantic security, reform of security and regional stability in South-East Europe.

The National Defence University is a full rights member of the PfP Consortium of the Academies of Defence and Institutes of Studies of Security being an active in the groups of studies and working groups of this international body.
