Chief of NATO/PfP Regional Training Center, Colonel Gheorghe Calopareanu will represent the National Defence University at the Conference on the NATO/PfP Education and Training Institutions organized in Oberammergau, Germany between June 20 and 25, 2005.

The debate goal is the process of education and training within NATO and will be focused on the increase of the education and NATO/PfP training institutions and the harmonization of educational activities, capacities and standards and the relations of cooperation between military partner education institutions.

The activity enlists the efforts made by the leadership of the National Defence University for bringing the Romanian higher education to NATO standards and the present security environment.
