State Secretary Marius Balu, State Secretary Ion Ioan, and the MoND General Secretary Georgeta Gavrila met the chief of the Frauds Analysis Unit from the British Ministry of Defence, Paul Archer. The meeting occurred Tuesday, July 5, 2005 at the Romanian Ministry of National Defence Headquarters.

The British official informed on the specific of the activities countering the frauds in the British armed forces and underlined the zero tolerance principle, each case or suspicion being investigated no matter the implied person position or rank.

Paul Archer, in official visit in Romania between July 5 and 7, 05 will participate together with Brigade General Ph.D. Mircea Vasilescu, chief of the MoND Internal Audit Directorate in the seminary on fighting against frauds in the military organization.
