Sunday, July 17, 05 a column of four trucks of the Romanian Navy moved to the affected areas in Vrancea county for helping the population with mineral water and food donated by the Navy personnel.

Starting today, due to a campaign kitchen the military sailors will prepare and serve hot meals for the 300 persons accommodated in Maicanesti hospital.

Romanian Navy participate since July 14 in Nanesti, Vrancea county in countering the effects of natural disaster with 33 soldiers from the Marine Infantry Battalion; they are using three trucks, six motor pneumatic boats, four pneumatic boats and a tank wagon.
