After the retreat of water the military detachments are working in the affected localities for supporting the population by transporting materials and working in unclogging, repair of infrastructure and dykes.

The soldiers from Turda are working in evaluation of the effects the floods and in repairing the infrastructure in Baisoara and Hasdate, Cluj county.

A detachment from Deva is repairing the way in Aiud and in Rasnov the soldiers are transporting the materials for the affected Bacau county. In Comanesti they are working in unclogging and they transport the materials for the people affected by floods.

The 10th Engineering Brigade Braila is acting in Maracineni, Buzau county and in Comanesti, Bacau county for the repair of the affected ways of communications and bridges.
The 282nd Mechanized Brigade in cooperation with the detachments from the 8th Artillery Brigade Focsani continue to transport materials in Cosmesti, Maicanesti, Vadu Rosca, Garoafa, Nanesti, Vama Focsani, Pomicola Focsani and in Comanesti they are working in remaking the dyke on Siret river.

Teodor Atanasiu, Minister of National Defence also ordered the organization of three points of collection-transport of aids in Brasov and one point in Baia Mare.
