The Course of Defence Diplomacy will be organized between September 5 and 16 at the Regional Center of Defence Resources Management in Brasov with participation of officers and public servants working in defence and national security domain in Bulgaria, Republic of Moldavia, Serbia and Montenegro, Ukraine and Romania.

The Course is focussing the actual themes in defence management and is organized by Cranfield University, UK and Carol I National Defence University. The Regional Center from Brasov is now subordinated to the National Defence University.

The Course will be officially open Monday, September 5 at 09.00 hours at the Regional Center of Defence Resources Management. Civil and military officials of the Embassies of the countries the students and lecturers come and representatives of the Romanian Ministry of National Defence will participate to this ceremony.
