During September 12 to 15, the National Military Club hosts a seminar on The Process of Recruitment in the NATO Professionalized Armed Forces.

The activity is organized by the Human Resources Management Directorate in the Ministry of National Defence, under the umbrella of the US Embassy in Romania. The lectures will be delivered by a mobile training team from the Civil-Military Relations Center-the Navy Postgraduate Studies Institute in Monterey, California.

The event will be attended by representatives of leading structures in the Romanian Ministry of National Defence and the Moldavian Armed Forces.

The goal of the seminar is to lay the basis for a unified and flexible recruitment system that should allow adaptation to later development of the recruitment process. The themes approached concern human resources policies, recruitment strategy, the promotion of military profession and the components of the recruitment system.
