Between September 19 to 21, the Chief of theRomanian Air Force Staff, Lieutenant General Gheorghe Catrina, will pay an official visit to France, at the invitation of his counter-part, Army General Richard Wolsztynski.
Issues such as the Romanian Air Force organization and structure, the fields and perspectives of the reform, the personnel education, training and improvement will be dealt with during the visit and the official talks.
The Romanian side's possibilities to provide strategic transport with C-130s Hercules, as well as the Air Defence missions, role and perspectives within NATO will also be approached.
