Lieutenant General Filiberto Cecchi, chief of Italian Army Staff heading a military delegation pay an official visit in Romania between October 30 and 31, invited by Lieutenant General Dr. Sorin Ioan, chief of Romanian Army Staff.

The official talks will focus the achievements in cooperation projects, common training programs, Romanian and Italians participation in international missions and the process of Army transformation in the two countries.

The Italian delegation was received by General Dr. Eugen Badalan, Chief of Romanian General Staff and Ion Mircea Plangu, State Secretary and chief of Department for Euro-Atlantic Integration and Defence Policy.
