The message send by Minister of National Defence, Teodor Atanasiu, to the participants in the second edition of the international seminary Public Opinion and Public Diplomacy: NATO in the South Eastern Europe will by presented Thursday, November 3, at 09.00 hours by General Director of the Department for Euro-Atlantic Integration and Defence Policy, Claudiu Degeratu.

The Seminary is organized by Casa NATO ( NATO House) Euro-Atlantic Council of Romania at Athenee Palace Hilton Hotel. NATO General Secretary Assistant for Public Diplomacy, Jean Fornet will attend the opening of this Seminary.

The aim of the Seminary is to stress on the challenges towards NATO policy in the South Eastern Europe, opportunities offered by the defence sector in the region, public diplomacy strategies and means for the Alliance better perception in the region.
