State Secretary and chief of Department for Armaments, Ioan Ion participated in the 12th session of the Romanian-French Technical Committee on armaments, last week at General Delegation for Armaments headquarter in Paris.

The reunion drew the balance sheet of all the cooperation activities between Romanian and France in 2005 and ended by signing the Protocol of the 12th session of the Romanian-French Technical Committee for Cooperation in Armaments and the Plan of Cooperation in Armaments on 2006.

The Romanian delegation visited the production facilities of some companies producing complex armament systems and last generation military equipment for NATO member armed forces.
