The Center of Defence and Security Studies from Carol I National Defence University organizes between November 21 and 22 starting 09.00 hours the annual session of papers Security and Stability in the Black Sea Region.

Specialists from Bulgaria, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, USA and representatives of the Allied Command, Naples will debate the issues of security in the Black Sea region.
